Hi I have a HP 9150i CD-writer. I use 700MB CDs and it seems to work. I recenctly looked in the spec and it says that the 9150i is a 650MB burner. Will this mean that my 700MB CDs will be of poor quality on the last 50MB or will it be just fine?
Cheers

No, that burner will probably burn 80min cd's just fine. The only catch is whether the burner will recognize the cdr.

I used to own a 9110i and it supported 80minute media fine, so you should be okay.

Yea, if you had a Creative RW84838E 8x4x32x model CD-RW then you'd find out that the drive wouldn't read ANY 700MB CD-R's...........But if yours recognizes them and burns them then don't worry about it.
