Excellent choices, but I would just get 8 gb of the ripjawsX. I tried 16 gb and noticed no change in performance (I also use ripjawsX with my Intel system). Use the money saved for a bigger ssd. Tigerdirect had a samsung or Intel 128 gb the other day for only $80 after rebate; newegg had a kingston 128 gb sata III for only $60 last week with no rebate in one of their email promos; register to get them.
