Kombustor throttle gtx 460 v2 on 301.42

I am running MSI afterburner to overclock my gpu. When i first tried to run kombustor, with no oc and fans at 80%, it was giving me a core of 33mhz, GPU throttling -755mhz at 30C. I am not overclocking, not overheating and its throttling -755. what is wrong??

When i try to oc to 888mhz, it throttles -855mhz and gives me 33mhz. I really dont get it...

get the latest beta driver. the one you mention above is known problem with the latest nvidia WHQL drivers. the fix has been rolled out in the beta driver after the latest WHQL driver.
