First of all sorry for another one of these threads but this is getting annoying.
First of all heres my PC Specs.

Antec 1100 Tower with 2 120mm front fans , rear 120mm fan and 200mm top fan
Corsair Builder CX 500 80PLUS
GA h77m d3h MOBO
I3 3220 CPU
Gigabyte HD 7770 oc (rev2.0) GPU
4 gigs of G.Skill Ram
OS: Windows 7 (64bit)

So heres the issue. The game at times freezes, its like a still picture on your screen and nothing responds and i have to hard reset the PC. What i notice at the the same time it locks up is i get a quick "static" sound out of my speakers. I look in Windows event log and nothing out of the ordinary other than it telling me there was an inproper shutdown. I tryed disabling the onboard soundcard as iheard Realtek can be an issue but my motherboard uses a VIA codec. Well with no sound it still locked up. I've tryed stock clock setting of 1000mhz from the overclock of 1050mhz and even underclocked to 900mhz but still lockedup.Temps on the GPU never go over 50* a 100% usage.GPU fan is at about 47%, Memory Usage Deedicated is aound 653(mb),Memory Usage Dynamic is 243 (mb).VDDC is 1.000v,VDDC current % OCP was at 4,7 but sometimes at 17.2 crashed at different percentages. My settings are at Medium and at a resolution of 1280x1024 on a 17 inch LCD monitor i found it crashed very quickly from 2 seconds in to 15min. On a reslution of 1024x768 i got about 30 min in till it crashed. My MOBO is flashed to F9 Bios which is the most current and I'm on Catalyst 12.8.I have tryed sofware renderring on and off in Advanced options. I had this same issue with Diablo 3, before I updated my MOBO Bios to F9. After that Diablo 3 runs on HIGH for everything at 1280x1024 with background around 50-51 with no lockup. Doesn't seem to be an heat issue as the GPU never gets over 55* and the CPU is under 40*. Ive done Memtest on both ram sticks in all 4 ports and they pasted 1 at a time. I've ran 3DMark11 and it scores around 3400, running Furmark it passes on 1280x1024 User settings.Just ran Furmark with the Factory oc of 1050mhz on a resolution of 1280x1024 and scored 1008 at 16fps. Did the Burn in Test and it locked up at 3:14 mark and the GPU just hit 61*.
