Time for a Upgrade again :D

I was Thinking of buying

ASUS F2A85-V PRO FM2 AMD A85X (Hudson D4) HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard for 139 or one I don't need that many PCI slots Just good Audio for 7.1 speakers Also I was thinking of getthing the new Trinity 3.8k
To go along with my Current Graphics Will this out perform My old FX 4100 That I can't even keep at clock speeds I have 8 gig of ram in 430 wat psu atm.

Games play Aion That's about it for right now I play Gw2 once in a while...

I just want a bit more performance then I can give my old cpu-mobo to my mother with a new case XD
