SBS.DRV failed to load because System.ini could not find V..

The error message SBS.DRV failed to load because VSBS.DRV
from system.ini could not be found.

This occurred after trying to unload some 3rd party
software. Pls could i be advised how to troubleshoot this.

Use System Restore to go back to when it was working correctly.

The two files in question relate to the battery indication software from a
Sony PC notebook PC.
