Coolermaster CPU help

My brother is trying to build a PC on a budget and he's considering buying this:

We would like to know how reliable Coolermaster PSU's are and if anyones had any real trouble with them.

Hi - Coolermaster PSU's are known by many here on the forum as Crappermaster, and
tho they do have a few decent PSU's in their Silent Pro series, the balance of
their PSU's are BAD.

Stick with: Seasonic, XFX, PC Power & Cooling, Antec, Rosewill Capstone series,
most Corsair's, most Enermax, & a few others.
