What are you guys' opinions on this specific refurbished GTX 570?

Not quite sure if this is the right forum section for these kind of questions, but I'm just going to assume it is. Anyways, if I put a GPU cooler on this card, would it be worth buying? Any feedback is appreciated.

It's still a great card if you're not looking for multiple monitor gaming. But why would you need a new cooler?
