GRAPHICS CARD COMPATIBILITY

Hello,

My Computer is using DH55TC Version AAE70932-302 board with core i-3 processor @ 3.08 GHZ
4 gb ram and

460WATT PSU

i have PCIe x16 slot

i want to purchase AMD RADEON HD 6670 1 gb DDR5

is it compatible with my board ?

any help appreciated !

Absolutely. It is compatible as long as you have a PCI-E x16 slot. Make sure your computer is not the thin profile one (that you can use full size expansion cards).

ALso, why not a 7750 ?

If it fits in physically, then you can use it because the card is PCIe v2.1 x16 and you have one empty PCIe v2.0 x16 slot on the motherboard. Your PSU also seems capable of running the card. Most probably, your card will not require a separate power connection. Therefore, check the dimensions where you will fit the card.
