This good airflow?

1x 120mm front intake no idea what rpm cause it was on default in case ( COOLERMASTER K350 ELITE )
1x scythe slipstream 120mm 1600 rpm rear exhaust fan
1x arctic F12 pro side case fan intake
1x arctic F12 top exhaust fan (outside of case but meh) packaging said 1350 rpm +-10% and i checked the speedfan and its 2700 RPM!
some 500w PSU
HD5850 GPU
scythe ninja 3 CPU cooler with mx-4 paste

but the main question is WHY THE HECK IS MY TOP FAN RUNNING 2700 RPM D:

its LOUD!
