Audigy and Windows XP HELP PLEASE

Ok I have a Sound Blaster Audigy Gamer and Windows XP Pro. And I installed the drivers from the cd and from Windows XP. When I start Windows I get a blue screen with a driver error and cannot boot Windows. I go in safe mode and then DISABLE not uninstall but just turn the card off. When I reboot Windows loads fine, I enable the card and only the 2 front of my 4 Klipsch speakers work. i have been in the Media settings in Win XP and Quad no work as well with all others. Is there drivers out there that will make my Audigy work in XP without this problem? And does anyone have an Audigy and able to boot fine? Can you send me your drivers?
Thank.

Creative doesn't have any decent XP drivers out yet. Sorry, but that's the way the company works. Expect working drivers in a few months.

Don't stop looking. There might be some somewhere. No need to throw out a perfectly bad-er, good card.

This is what happens when a new OS is introduced to us. I like the stability of the XP, but as far as getting drivers to work for the latest and greatest thing, we will all have to wait awhile. (3 Months)

If it works for you then don't fix it.

Creative should have XP drivers on there site within the next 2weeks just hold out till then! I don't have an audigy but I do have a Live and my card works in XP. You should try uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling. If not driver roll back to the Default SB drivers in XP. As with my SB live there should be a program on that Audigy CD for setting up the EAX extenstions. And also an appz to change speaker configuration to 4 speaker setup.

This happen to me once when I tried using my Tv-out with my Radeon with non offical drivers. When I reboot my speakers would only work on the front and not the rear speakers.
Forutanely for me I was Dual booting Win ME. So I just ran that program and change the setting back to 4 or Quad speaker setup now it's back to normal.

Mmm...driver roll back...if that works correctly, that will quite possibly be my favorite feature in XP :)

BTW, Makaveli...FIX YOUR SIG!!:)
