So I just put this in the brackets like optical drives? Is it better to get a 3.0 to 2.0 adapter to use the 2.0 that come with the case, i cant remove them

That set seems to have both options, either a front mount (in a floppy bay) or a bracket in an I/O slot on the back.

I think the USB3.0 bracket is better, since you get both USB2.0 and USB3.0. With the adapter you just get USB2.0 on the front panel.

I'll get bracket then but will an Asus Z77 LV-K (something like that) will give me usb 3.0 on front with bracket and on back? will the usb 2.0 on front become useless?

You can connect the case's front panel USB2.0 ports to a USB2.0 header on the motherboard, and the USB3.0 bracket to a USB3.0 header on the motherboard.

Overall, you'll then have 6 USB2.0 ports (2 front, 4 back) and 8 USB3.0 ports (6 on the back and the last 2 either front or back depending on where you install the bracket).
