I would get this ssd
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147163
This mobo(the motheboard you have selected won't fit in the case)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130646
I don't trust 560ti sli, mine didn't work, I would get two 7850's
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814129230
go with this psu, that other one is way overkill, you wouldn't need that unless you had two 480's
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817553007
I don't think that dvd drive is necessary
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827100067
I would get a hard drive also
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148840
if you want a full tower I would get this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811517006
I would get these monitors instead
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236103
I would get this keyboard, I don't see why you need a better one
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823162014
Also if this is a gaming rig I would get an i5 3570k
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116504
Also consider if you really need ultimate
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/products/compare
that compares the three versions. Sorry if you feel like I tore your build apart but this computer will game a little better, and is FAR cheaper.
Also this ram looks about that same
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104315
And also consider if you think an air cooler would make more sense. This build should be at least $400 cheaper, but I wasn't keeping track.

I already have everything built, and yes I was moving up from a 480, was just looking at doing some upgrades. And the IV Extreme wont fit in the Cosmos II? Its an EATX board which the cosmos says it will support

Didnt' know if it be worth it to go to something like GTX 670/680 and try to sell off the 560 TI, worth it to try and go to 16 or 32 ram, I do play video games ie. battlefield 3 torchlight, swtor, but I am also adobe certified and use it for my adobe collection as well
