Newly built pc wont post or boot

Hi been having problem with my new build. Its a c2q q800 and a acs p43t-ad3 mobo. Tried bread boarding with the cpu, mobo and the psu only, i get 3 short beeps which according to my mobo manual is a ram problem. I inserted the ram and i dont get any beep at all. Hope you guys can help me identify the problem..
