GTX 560 ti OC vs GTX 570

Hi guys,

Im not buying this but i just want to know for general knowledge. Is it better to get a GTX 560 ti (MSI HAWK) and overclock it to GTX 570 speed (ifitcan do that) or to just get a GTX 570 for 40 dollars more?

Generally, You'll be able to overclock GTX 570 to even higher speeds.

But can an hd 6850 be oced to close to a 6870?
There is a sapphire 6850 on newegg clocked to 1000mhz, how much more would it need to be oc'ed to get closer to a 6870?
