$500-$600 Including Monitor & OS?! Help Please!

Approximate Purchase Date: Christmas/Early Jan next year

Budget Range: $500-$650 (Plus postage/handling)

System Usage: Gaming, recording (with FRAPS), video rendering

Are you buying a monitor: Yes, but if it doesn't fit the budget would a 32" HDTV do the job?

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: PCCaseGear.com or mwave.com.au

Location: Australia

Parts Preferences: Intel and Nvidia.

Overclocking: Only if it is required.. (Im sure it's not)

SLI or Crossfire: If it benefits me within the price range, then sure.

Additional Comments: I'd like this PC to be able to play and record PC games (Medium settings are fine) at a stable, playable FPS without skips, cuts etc... Also, a speedy processor when it comes to video rendering would help out alot! Thanks guys, hope you can help!
