Antec DF-85 Dark Tower + Corsair Hydro Series H100?

I am wondering if I will have an issue with this water cooling system and this case that I ordered.

From what I understand, the case top fans are "exhaust" fans, which means the case is designed to blow air out. I want to suck air in from the top to cool the radiator and in turn the processor. If I switch the case designed top fans to suck in, and possibly mount a side fan to blow out to compensate, will I have any issues?
