Vaio Graphics Chip

Ive got a Radeon HD 5470 graphics chip on my laptop and was wondering if anyone has done any research and came up with upgrading anything of the sort? I work in a electronics repair shop and have a lot of useful tools available to be able to upgrade if possible. One of these tools being for BGAs. If there's no upgrade thats fine by me, but with the new CS:GO out and Im getting horrible lag, was just wanting to see my options.

You arent going to be able to upgrade the graphics chip in your laptop. Most likely its soldered on. The only laptops with upgradeable chips are very very high end laptops.
