I KNOW that psu is not good  It only has one pci-e cable and only has 15A on the +12v. It's not good enough to power a hd 7870.

it would work with a molex-6 pin adapter . . that i3 is under 65 watts (more like 40 watts) and the card runs ~145 watts. toss in the rest of the system and its under 250 when stressed.

had i bought a 7870 instead of an i5, i'd be running that right now myself. but work>gaming :p

I feel 4 gigs isn't enough. 8 gigs preferred and you can do it for 12 dollars more then what you have. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145345

Also with the release of the 650Ti I would look into that more so then a 560ti superclocked which has a higher power requirement. Plus they have a promo for Assassins Creed 3 which if you liked you could hold onto if not you could sell it on ebay for some money.

was commenting on this I know the OP build has 16 gigs in his build

4 gigs in general is a low amount of memory to throw into a windows 7 64bit machine. 8 to 16 gigs of ram seems to be the norm with 32 gigs being the higher amount. I just think its safer for him to stick to 16 gigs instead of taking up to slots with 2 gigs each.
