Help on hot cpu!!

hello everyone I have been trying to cool my amd fx 8350 cpu, but I have been getting 90s to 100s temperature. I'am using a asus M5A97 LE R2.0 Motherboard up to date bios, and with a phantom nzxt full case black steel. I have a Kuhler h20 620 cooling system, but did not made a difference with temperature. It has not let me get into windows start meun, so I been making sure if its cpu itself or somthing else.

Few things to check, did you clean and reapply new thermal paste to the CPU when you got the new heatsink? Make sure that it is seated nice and tight (not toooo tight though) so good contact is made. Make sure that the pump on the heatsink is plugged in and running at full power (unless stated otherwise).

And also i'd add another fan for the radiator, I recently put in the Corsair H50 into my PC, adding another fan reduced temps by 5C+ and i idle at <35C and max load with prime95 at 65C.

yes I add a dot in the cpu with thermal paste to spread over the cooling system.

It's been a while since i post on here. The cpu is aways hot even though i try pasting the thermal paste 5 times, and my liquid cooling is not making a big difference.
