New board hangs at boot?

Hey community,

So today after getting my Windows install disc from my house I was able to do a fresh install of Windows on my new ASRock Extreme3 Z77 board. For some reason, after installing Windows, when I try to boot the computer the computer either hangs at the ASRock BIOS logo or it doesnt display anything at all.

I'm out of ideas. I've tried alot of stuff. Honestly I just need it to boot once, since I usually just leave it on anyway.

The hanging seems to have stopped, but it seems there is a 1 in 5 chance I can boot it.
