I am worried i may not be able to fit 4 sticks of ram on the mobo with that heat sink. Am I worrying for nothing considering I have a full tower case?

Just as strife says, get the low profile vengeance sticks he linked instead of the ones with the big goofy heat spreaders and you'll be just fine.

Everything else will fit in your case no problem, you've got a good build put together.
