Better gfx?

i want to change graphic card. once again i need you valuable help for this purpose.

i have selected the following two. plz tell me which one is better?

HIS hd 7950?
or
Sapphire hd 7950?

I would choose Sapphire over HIS 10 times out of 10 provided they are priced similar.

If its the european HIS IceQ turbo, then the HIS. if it isnt, then the sapphire 7950(im assuming its the newer Dual-X one(and i dont think sapphires 7950 vapor-x is on retail yet))

the 580 is pretty out of date now. the Amd 7870 can beat the 580 on certain occasions, the 660ti was designed to beat the 580, the 7950 of course has to be better than it.
