Hey all, so I'm interested in getting a wireless card for my desktop because I live on campus, and I have wireless at home. Unfortunately the only experience I have with a wireless card for a PC is an old adapter that plugged in the back of the computer. The card has to be a wireless network card that is 802.11g or 802.11n in order to work with my uni's net. What card is the cheapest but quite decent and easy for a newbie like me to use? Please link it here. Thanks!

I would check out Newegg.com first. Even if you do not buy from them you can see what everyone else is buying and read all the reviews they post on them.

I am assuming you know what slots you have available in your PC as well (PCI, PCI-E, and so on). I would surely go with an internal card over the USB type but that would be up to your preference.

I have a ASRock H61M-VS LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard. So I have PCI Express x1 and PCI Express 2.0 x16.
