This is my current build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/bHXw and I need to lower it down to around ~750 dollars (Canadian)

please note that i can get a deal on the cpu and get it at 180$ and the psu i can get that at 60$. that leave me with the need to loose ~60 dollars. even 775 will work.

More about : loose dollars build

Are you going to overclock or not? If you are then that configuration is fine. If not you could go with H77 and the i5-3470, drop the cooler, and then you will save more than $60 and still be able to keep the rest of your components.

You could also hold off on picking up the Hyper212 and just use the intel stock cooler for the time being, then add the 3rd party HSF whenever you can afford it down the road. Easy $30 right there.

You could also shave off a good chunk by changing your case selection. Even if you just switched to the original Antec 300 instead of the 302, you'd save $28 right there. Differences between the two should be negligible at best.

getting rid of the cooler wouldn't be a bad idea.

You could also get the Antec One for $44 and that's a good choice as well.

He also said that the cpu he was getting would be $180 anyways.
