Do I leave my psu on at all times?

Just built a computer and found that my psu has a on and off switch. Should I always turn it off or just leave it on? I've noticed that it still powers my speakers when its left on and wondering if thats just wasted energy

You can turn it off if you like just make sure you turned your computer off properly first i wouldn't waste my time with it personally lol i leave my computer on 24-7 though so you might have different way of doing things.

It shouldn't matter. I really don't think switching it off is worth the extra time. Anyway you can power USB devices while your PC is off it you do decide to leave it on. Maybe like an extra $1 a year on idle, so I don't see a problem with it.
