Can I combine the Intel Core i5-3350P Ivy Bridge with Biostar MB TZ77B?

The Biostar web page says:
MULTI GRAPHICS AMD CrossFireX
INTEGRATED VIDEO By CPU model
Supports DX11
Supports HDCP

And it does list the CPU as compatible, but what am I getting?
Must I have a video card or can I just hook up my VGA monitor to the MB?

I plan on getting a ASUS GTX650-E-1GD5 GeForce GTX 650,

I want to run Blender, a high powered animation/game creation software, with two or three monitors. I also have some old ASUS EAH 3450 video cards.

I thought that since I plan on getting a video card, I could get the cheaper CPU, but this might be hard to debug and build if I cant plug the monitor to the MB at all for a simple test debug.

If I would have paid $20 more and gotten a CPU with integrated graphics, would I be able to run a monitor from the MB/CPU AND the video card? My old MB disabled the onboard VGA out whenever I installed a video card.
