mem extreemly slow, please help

i have a PIII500@575 on a VIA 693A/596B
FSB @ 115 with PC133 128 megs of ram
my benchmark are only around 110megs/sec
running winxp
please help

What motherboard do you have?

i have a dfi pa61
its a slot 1 board
it sux becuase when i got it i didn't know much about computers
still don't
but i don't think it should suck this bad
and its at cas 2

and i think its a no name

but still, i don't think it should be that slow
