Audigy Drivers

I just checked on creative's website, and according to them, at least for the Audigu Platinum eX, drivers for XP are going to be released in mid-late October (after the official launch of XP?) I dunno if this applies to other audigy drives, but I'd asume so. Unless Creative is always months behind their posted driver release dates, I'd say this was good news??

  1. How is that good news? Lots of people are running XP and can't use their Audigy's correctly.

  2. Well..considering people were complaining about how they wouldn't probably be available until after Christmas, I think it's good news. Furthermore, Creative is not required to make drivers before the product even hits the market are they? Oh, you must be refering to a lot of those poor XP customers, as in the ones who are illegally using the final corperate version, my bad.
  3. Or as in the people who buy it legally from Azzo?
You're right, it's better news. I still hesitate to call it good news, though.
