I was looking at the GTX 660 TI and I see evga is coming out with a 3GB card would it be worth the extra bucks over a 2GB one ?

  1. Probably not, these days not many games are allowed over 1GB of memory, the only time that extra memory is useful is if your running multiple high resolution monitors,
  2. are you gaming on multiple monitors? if Yes, then more memory is better

Depends on your monitors/resolution, which you failed to mention.
  4. I do not know what mace is talking about but just running BF3 i see 1.5GB of GPU ram usage on my 7870 and that's only using a single 1080p monitor at 60hz.

but tbh as mentioned unless your using multiple monitors 2GB should be fine.
  5. I have a samsung 27" rez. 1920 x 1080 at 60hz

More games are starting to allow up to 1.25 GB, If you say bf3 is taking 1.5 then your probably right about that one, but I don't have bf3 and wouldn't know.
