Those aren't gaming PCs, unless you plan on playing games made before 2000. Even then, you won't be playing at max settings.

You're better off building your own. Give us prices and a budget.

I'm from the Philippines and my budget would be P12,600 or $315. Prices may vary. Sad thing is I may be limited to those choices. :(

I'm not planning on playing ultra setting on new games. I can accept low to medium settings since I don't have that much money.

Since the GT210 will not play most modern games at all choice 3 is by far the best but as stated will struggle with some games even at lowest setting and res.

How about Powercolor HD5450 1GB GDDR3. Is it still weak?

Yep.. Still weak haha. You can custom build your own pc its really not that hard. Look for used GPU's around local shops. HD5450 is like 10% better than the G210.. You should AT LEAST be buying a HD 6570. Now thats an "Okay" card that will let you run todays games at decent settings at a resolution of 1280x1024. But if you can afford a HD6570 you might as well get the HD6670 which will crossfire with the A4 APU's integrated graphics and give you similiar performance to a HD7770

APU or CPU:A8 7600
Motherboard: For FM2+ I like the ASRock FM2A55M-HD+ FM2+
PSU: CX 430
Case: Rosewill FBM-01 or 02
Ram: Kingston Hyper-X: Ideally you'd go 8GB here and spend the $70 vs. $40, but it's not in the budget.(2133 mhz, DDRIII)
Hard Drive: WD Blue 500GB
This should give you much better performance.
It'll cost 335$(20$ more than your budget but getting this'll give you much greater performance.)
