CPU/MoBo Question

I have a Gigabyte GA-M68MT-S2 Mobo and I wanna upgrade my CPU to AMD FX-8320. Would I have an issues with upgrading even tho it is not on my Motherboard list of supported CPU's?

nO. not compatible. the 8 core is a AM3+ whereas yours only AM3 ready not supporting all AM3 cpus. AM3+ cpus are out of question.
