Bad choices.

1) You just need an i5. Don't need an i7.
2) Get a cheaper mobo.
3) Do not get 1866 RAM. Get 1600.
4) Don't get the 680. The 670 has most of the performance of the 680 for $100 less.
5) You just need a 600w or 650w PSU.

1866 has no tangible benefits, and most programs don't benefit from its speed. The ASRock Extreme6 and Extreme4 are some good mobos.
