Are my temps OK?

Just built a gaming PC, haven't made one in ages.

Temps between the 4 cores are 40-46c range (according to Core Temp) while playing Rift maxed out. The case is a Fractal R3 and it's inside a computer desk, so it's a tad hotter. Idle I'm in low 30s.

Am I good?

Yes those temps are fine. What is your CPU and what cooler are you using?

i5-3570K and Cooler Master 212.

For that CPU that is fine and if it isn't overclocked yet you should still have plenty of room to overclock.
