what is your budget for this upgrade , because from the spec i see it up now , you need to upgrade many things.

All that 16gb of RAM is wasted on the 32-bit OS.
This is a weird pre-built.

I would go with a 64 os first thing then a new gpu then finally a new monitor.

I hope your gaming laptop was not very good as the build above is pretty weird (in a not good way)

If you can afford it buy a new mobo, GPU,CPU and OS just keep the RAM (even a cheap Pentium on a H61 or an A10 on an FM2 board will destroy the specs above for not much over £250-300/$400-500)

If money is scant then get a new GPU (graphics card) in there as your not going to be gaming on the one thats in there.

You wont be using all the RAM as you only have a 32bit OS but forking out for a 64bit OS I wouldnt call a priority as even if yu can use all 16GB of RAM graphically you cant play much.

Your CPU is also weak it may soldier on briefly but its pretty much at the end of its useful life.
