dell inspiron 530 will not boot from dvd drive

Hello,
i put windows 7 dvd in dvd rw drive reboot windows pxe will do it things then go in to windows the dvd will not spin up and even try to run the disk thats in the drive went in to the bios set dvd as frist boot order but nothing i disable all drivces but the dvd still will not boot from dvd rw drive

it's dell inspiron 530

my system will lock up when im in windows cant even install new windows at this point


dvd rw drive is good tested in other pc

run's fine

my lite on the board is amber i think it should be green like my other dell 530s but not sure

i put my usb dvd drive in try to boot from usb i get nothing

i notice boot priority one is set to floppy drive with no other option

can this be why it will not boot from dvd drive

never came with floppy drive card reader in place of floppy drive

it say cd i click it nothing go's rigth in to windows i think the pxe is messing up my boot cant even hit f8 have to keep hiting f8 when pxe is runing to even get in to safe mode i disabled pxe still will not turn off

guss you didnt read what i put up lol
