Computer freezes sometimes when plugging USB device to front panel

Hi,
I have got problem that my computer sometimes freezes when I plug USB device to front panel. I have USB 3.0 on front panel and it occurs not very often and is rather totally random. Picture on monitor freezes and I can't do anything. What is happening? How can I fix that?

This could be a short with the panel (happened with my HAF X), also check driver in device manager.

This is happening to me as well ? I have latest USB drivers installed any resolution apart from a possible short in the front pannel wiring ?

I also have the M5A97 R2.0 and this happens to me. When I touch the headphones or USB to the case before plugging it in, it never freezes. So if there is any difference in potential between the headphones and the jack, it seems to cause the system to freeze.
