You have not included a Hard Drive, an Optical Drive, nor a video card.

If you're buying the unlocked processor, you should aswell buy an Aftermarket Cooling System.

Best solution

a b å Intel
a c 95 B Homebuilt system

Get the 3570k; it's cheaper, performs almost as well, and uses a lot less power.
You can't OC on a H61 board; you need Z68 or Z77; Z77 if using Ivy Bridge.
Get low-profile RAM instead; it won't bump into large heatsinks.
Raidmax make hopeless PSUs; get one from a more reputable company. Budget/Country and I'll make a build.
