Hello to everyone, after my first try at building a pc din't work out that great i have decided to try again. I did not have a big budget to work with hence i am just trying to get components 2nd hand i.e used by other people i know. As of now i have aqquired the following.

Case
Thermaltake Tsunami VA3000BNA Black Aluminum ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133137

PSU
Thermaltake 420W - TR2- 420W
http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Product.aspx?S=1172&ID=1537

THE CASE AND THE PSU TOGETHER COST $30

Memory
2x2GB PC3 8500 OCZ Gold Series - $15

Hard Drive
Seagate 7200.12 1TB - $50

DVD Drive
LG DVD-RW - $3

This is the part where i am stuck at. I am to buy a motherboard and CPU but i cannot exceed a total of $200, (personal budget problem :( ) Following are some of the offers/choices i have .

CPU
1.AMD X2 555 Black Edition CPU in original box with unused OEM heatsink- $65
The cores can be unlocked to make it a quad core.

2. Yet to decide....

Motherboard
1.MA790X-UD4P $40
Unlocks the AMD x2 555 to make it Quad Core(problem with this mobo is that it is DDR2 ram only so the ram sticks i have will go to waste and i will have to spend to get 3 GB DDR2 ram since i have 1 stick of 1gb DDR2 ram)

2. Yet to decide....

I have a monitor and all the necessary cables to hook up all components( SATA, VGA , power cords etc).
The lower you we can keep the cost of the mobo + cpu the better because then i can try and invest in a used ( i know i know ) Video Card

BFG 9800GT 512 MB -$30

Again, i don't really want to exceed the $200 mark. I will be using the PC for some gaming ( Dota 2, Fifa 13 , Batman)

Thank you for spending your time looking at this thread. I hope the great folks here can suggest something to help me out . Have a nice day.

I would wait a little bit to buy the components, or go with llano or trinity instead. Llano has really good integrated, llano has better. I would either do that so you could do a little gaming or I would wait to have more money, so you could get a decent gpu.

Indeed. Llano has even a better iGPU than Llano. So, it'd be better to just get Llano.

Ah, those will rape my pocket as of now. I think i will stick to some AM3+ mobo and CPU. I can live without the Video card for now . Just need to manage to get the mobo + CPu for less than $100. Like i said i can get 2nd hand stuff of friends but i need suggestions as to what i can get for a mobo that supports ddr3 and a CPU that is a quad core. :( .

I think i made some confusion. My total budget for the pc is $200 lol :( . That is excluding the Video Card.
So as of now i have $115 for the CPU + motherboard. I know it isn't much but like i said im not looking for brand new parts.
