Tell me if I need to add anything, or even upgrade the PC.. I don't know that much about computers at all, I'm just gaming a lot :)

Will it be okay if I will get the nVidia GeForce GTX 690? tell me please as soon as possible.

Solution
Yes it should run fine if your PSU can support it! On the other hand if you have the money swap out the motherboard and CPU and get a K series CPU that you can overclock!

If I will play on 1980x1080 with high settings.. will anything go wrong? I'm not going that crazy.. 2560x1600 etc.. Will it work properly?

And how can I check what PSU am I using?
