The P8H61 is going to render your i5-3570K pointless.

Are you planning on overclocking? If so, then get a different motherboard.

If you are not going to overclock, get the i5-3450 and a H77 motherboard to save money at no loss of performance.

Go with a different power supply as well. The TR2 line is not known for reliability. Get a quality model from Antec, Corsair, or Seasonic.

That board doesn't over clock so no need for an unlocked cpu like that 3570K, and a 500+w psu will push that card so no need for a 700w psu.
