My build power requirements

Good day everyone.

i just want to ask what do i need to do..
i think my pc is producing more heat than usual..

is it about my cpu's airflow?

and another question..
i have 3 cpu fans. on the three fans, there is like 1 fan spins fastest and the two other fans are slow. (those 3 fans are the same)

anyways heres my specs:
chasis: Thermaltake Dokker
proc: intel i7 2600k @3.4ghz
vga: nvidia gtx 550 ti 2gb
mobo: i forgot ^_^
ram: 4gb
power supply: 600wats
cpu fans: 3

And how hot is everything running?

number of fans is not as important as number of heatpipes!
