Router Hub

Hello,
I'm relatively new to computer diagnostics. I have a D-Link Hub connecting a LAN. THE HUB has started continously started blinking. what could be the posible issue. Could it be the hub or the drivers or both?

What do you mean blinking?

Generally network devices have LEDs that indicate activity. Solid green usually means connected but no activity. Flashing green means connected and activity.
