Ram max bandwitdh problem !

hello , i bought from 2 days ago ram ddr2 2gig pc-6400 800 mhz and i had ram ddr2 1 gig installed before , when i installed it in slot , the memory runs at flex mode , i have checked it out with cpuz and have found it runs ( the ram 2 gig ) at pc2-5300(333) mhz as the other ram, i wasn't wonder cuz i knew they would work at the same performance , the problem when i have removed the 1 gig and start windows again i have found that the 2 gig ram run at the same bandwidth pc2-5300(333) mhz even in sticker it says that it is 6400 with 800 mhz , well is the seller imposter? or the ram need to be overclocked plz help
