Hello,
I have a Windows 7 OS and I can't tell you why, but I adjusted the res to my monitor and it immediately lost the display in my monitor. Went into safe mode changed the res to the lowest possible setting and it still will not display in normal mode. Any suggestions?

Reboot back into safe mode, now follow these directions:

Open up start right click on "computer" now select "Properties". Now on the left hand side select "device manager".

Under device manager find "Display adapters" and double click on it. You should see 1 entry listed below "Display adapters" - right click on it and select "Uninstall". Now reboot your computer again.

You might have to re-install your graphics driver afterwords - but this should allow you to get it to work.

Have you tried to hammer F8 just like when you go to safe mode then select

Enable low resolution video (640 × 480) as your option

Once in windows you can reset what ever resolution you want. After, it may be best to restart the computer.

- Was it connected to motherboard, or video card?
- Was it DVI, or D-Sub?
- What is the natural resolution of your monitor?
- When you go to the resolution window, what is the recommended resolution? Is that what you tried to set on?
- What is the input mode of the monitor, Auto, Analog, or Digital?
