I don't know which GPU to get?

Hey,

So this is my set-up at the moment

Motherboard - MSI Z77 Mpower which cost £140

Intel i5k ivy bridge

8GB ram

Corsair H100 water cooler

Other pc parts I already have.

I don't know which graphics card to get, there is so many and I don't know what to get!

I want a graphics card that can handle battlefield 3 and future games on max settings but doesn't cost a bomb to buy.
Also is there any other cheaper motherboard that is modern so for example pci 3.0 and also could handle about 4.4-4.6ghz of the cpu.

You don't give monitor resolution, or budget for GPU. Battlefield 3 strongly favours nVidia, so probably the best, for 1080p monitor, is GTX670, in terms of value, assuming budget will stretch to that. 2nd best, for BF3 primarily, would be GTX660Ti. An alternative might be Radeon HD7950. Although not actually as good as 660Ti, in BF3, could be considered better value, over a RANGE of games.

The answer is the same as in all your other threads but to answer your question for a single monitor 1920 x 1200 a 670 or a R7950 can max BF3 out
