Sabertooth 990fx red light gpu

Hello,
Hey all I just got a7970 to replace my two 5770 but I get nothing on my screen I have a saber tooth 990fx. The red led is on for gpu. I have two powers plugged into the card and using the hdmi to tv n nothing.
