MOTHERBOARD TO REPLACE DELL MOTHERBOARD (NEW ONE):

I want to know if I can replace the dell motherboard with my new one. If it doesn't clip in the right way is there any possible way at all I can make this motherboard fit in without me having to buy new case. I also want to know if the "ON BUTTON" connector will fit my mother. And my last question.
What exactly is this used for?

Thanks for all answers

The board should physically fit yes. Whether the "ON" connector would work I don't know. You could try it out and mod it to fit if it doesnt.

As for that thing, it looks like it has alot of interfaces on it, like IDE, SATA, and USB or the like, but I don't know what it would be used for.
