I am no new to computer building but neither am i a pro. I might understand a few things but please treat this thread as if i know nothing of pc building.
Basicaly i just entered university and since i will become a graphic artist and at the side playing videogames which is of course my passion i want a powerfull pc which will be a gift from my parents for managing to enter university.
I donth have a real budget but i heard you can build a beast with just a bit highter than 1000 euros.
Notice that i MUST buy this computer from greece and all the parts must come from greece therefore some of your suggestions might not be able to be accesed by me in my country. Also note that i dont plan to overclock. I want a pc that can last me for years and still play the new stuff like my 600euro i bought 7 years ago , only this time a little more powerfull and complete.

So here is my build.
Case: Aerocool Strike-x Advance White

CPU: Intel Core i-7 3770 3.4 GHZ LGA1155
MoBo: Asus P8H77-V Le

Ram: CORSAIR CMZ8GX 8GB

GPU: ASUS GTX680 2GB

SSD: OCZ AGT3 SAT 3 60GB ( For the operating system)

HDD : Seagate ST1000DM003 1TB

Monitor: PHILIPS 227E3LPHSU/00 21.5'' 227E3LPHSU LED DVI HDMI 2MS

Power: Thermaltake SP - 550M smart SE

All this costs around 1632 euro with VAT. There is a good chance i can get it without VAT therefore it would cost me around 1327 Euros.
First of all i want suggestions and suggested changes
Second of all i have a question.
On the MobO it reads 2133 MHZ ( OC) does that mean i have the physically overclock my MoBo to support 2133 MHZ RaM?
Thank you for all your co-operation.

Messing with your RAM will lead to serious system instability and will likely lead to Intel voiding your CPU's warranty. Neither of those things are good.

What store are you buying from? If you post that we can suggest parts. If you don't know of one check the link in my signature.

I'm actually going to have to combine a couple of shops because I can't seem to find the motherboard at E-Shop.

Try this:

Case: Fractal Design Arc MINI - 99.90 €
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX600 - 75,01 €
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H - 117,50 €
CPU: 3.4GHz Intel Core i7-3770K - 320,00 €
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo - 32.46 €
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance Low Profile DDR3 1600MHz 1.5V - 66.90 €
HD: Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB - 77,88 €
SSD: 128GB OCZ Vertex 4 - 115,90 €
Optical: Samsung 22X DVD Burner - 17.54 €
Video Card: Asus Geforce GTX 670 - 433.60 €
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium - 94,21 €

Total: 1450,90 €

Then add whatever monitor, keyboard, and mouse you want.
