Why is there a connection numberthat I do not recognized on the connections list

Hello,
A few times a day, I get disconnected from my router and when I go to the icon to reconnect, there is a number listed along with my desk top pc and my laptop pc. I do not know what that is at all. After I reconnect, it disappears, and comes back latter to kick me off line again. Am I sharing my connection with someone I don't know?

Thanks for responding. We have tried changing the password to the router and it is still there.
